Cosyness at the expedition

Mia and I went to E-center around 12.00 to buy ingredients, porridge, mulled wine, christmas must and gingerbread dough and other stuff we needed to bake some nice biscuits and buns and toffee. After that we met up with Emma, Jonas and Karro at our expidition and started to make the dough for the Lucia buns. While waiting for the dough to rise, we started with the gingerbread biscuits. It took ages and we made A LOT of biscuits.

Some biscuits didn't end up that good

Others ended up better

Then we made the buns.

And when we finished with it all, had eaten porridge and drinking must and wine, we were so tired and full that we decided not to make any toffee We have also been watching a classical tv calendar called Mysteriet på Greveholm (The mystery at Greveholm)
Now I'm finally home again and it's 21:47. Hahaha. But it has been a good day

In American English, just in case you're curious for a bit of trivia, we call those "cookies." We call something else "biscuits." (I don't think the British eat what we call "biscuits." Crazy, huh? Thanks for reminding me of that bit of trivia I had to learn 9 years ago!
